Are you here because someone you love gave you a special code to cheer for them? You're a Fan!

Q:
What Platforms Can I Share To?
A:
As a Brand, it Depends on the plan you're currently on. Review your account to determine what platforms are available to you. On the Highest Plan, you have access to Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Tiktok. As a Fan, you always have access to reshare to all available platforms. Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Tiktok.



Q:
Do I have to Pay For Crowdshare?
A:
If you're a Fan, Crowdshare is completely free! All there is for you to do is share, share, share! If you're a Brand you can check out our pricing and packages page here.



Q:
Someone Gave Me a Code, What do I do with it?
A:
if someone gave you a code they want you to be their fan! they trust you to help them get exposure, enough to pay for you to be on this list! just download the Crowdshare app from your respective app store and put it in the box that says brand code. Follow the rest of the account creation steps and wait! You'll get a notification as soon as your brand posts letting you know it's your turn! not something you're interested in sharing? no problem! just... don't do anything else until you get another notification. Follow these guides for more on how to share!



Q:
Is there a limit on how much I can post per day?
A:
You may post up to 5 times per day within the CrowdShare app, per the limits of the social platforms.



Q:
What's a Brand Manager?
A:
A Brand Manager is someone you invite to help you create & schedule posts. they can do everything a brand owner can do except make changes that affect billing and invite other managers. this keeps you from having to share any log-ins or other credentials and helps protect a bit of your security.



Q:
I'm having trouble connecting to Instagram
A:
Please make sure your Instagram is connected to your facebook in meta business manager before trying to connect or post to Instagram.



Q:
I added a fan but they're not an option when I go to post.
A:
They may not have the accounts connected you chose to share to when you created your post. You can either select the platforms they do have or ask them if they're willing to create one.



Q:
What if I use only some of these platforms for my business?
A:
It's ok! Just Connect the ones you do use. (Might consider more platforms now that we made it all so easy! Sign up and Create New accounts in new platforms right in the app!)



Q:
I'm trying to invite someone from my contacts but it's not working
A:
Currently, the Crowdshare app requires the contact to have an email and a phone number assigned, please fill in the contact then try again.
